Location: Rancho Cucamonga, CA (Commercial Kitchen)

We're looking for a chef to join our team! This role is perfect for someone who loves working in a kitchen, has a passion for quality food in a catering-style type of fashion. 

Key Responsibilities:

• Food Preparation & Cooking: Prepare and cook food items such as burritos, flautas, egg bites, and empanadas, ensuring consistent quality and adherence to recipes.
• Packaging: Properly package food items for delivery to our coffee shops.
• Kitchen Maintenance: Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitized kitchen environment, including cleaning up after cooking and food prep.
• Inventory Management: Assist in ordering ingredients and supplies to ensure the kitchen is always stocked and prepared for production.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in food preparation and cooking is required.
• Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices.
• Ability to follow recipes accurately and maintain consistency.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and efficiently in a commercial kitchen setting.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.

Schedule & Location:

• Location: Rancho Cucamonga, CA (Commercial Kitchen)
• Schedule: Flexible hours, with a focus on production deadlines. Minimum of 3 days per week.

About the Role:
As a Cashier at Coffeecito House, you’ll be the face of our warm and vibrant coffee shop. Your responsibilities will include:

• Greeting customers with a welcoming attitude and taking orders accurately.
• Handling cash and card transactions efficiently and responsibly.
• Delivering exceptional customer service while maintaining a clean and inviting environment.
• Assisting with light tasks, such as restocking and keeping the shop clean and organized.

About You:

• Has prior cashier or customer service experience (preferred but not required).

What You’ll Do

• Prepare and serve espresso-based drinks, brewed coffee, teas, and other menu items to standard
• Deliver warm, attentive customer service and create a positive guest experience
• Operate POS system and handle cash/card transactions accurately
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar, seating areas, and equipment
• Restock supplies, receive deliveries, and assist with opening/closing duties
• Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines

• Ability to work efficiently during busy periods
• Barista or food service experience preferred (training provided for the right person)
• Most have open availability

We're looking for a reliable person that can pick up food items from a kitchen to be delivered to our coffee shops.  Pay will be on a per delivery basis. 

• Will be using your personal vehicle
• Most have proper insurance
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
• Experience in delivery services
